Blood Moon Eclipse Readings: All 12 Signs + Human Design
Blood Moon Eclipse Readings: All Twelve Signs + Your Human Design Layer
Healthy Wealthy Witch | Lunar Eclipse at 4°54' Pisces, August 27–28, 2026
Read for your rising sign first. That's the house placement that tells you where this eclipse is actually landing. Read your Sun second, as a secondary theme. If you don't know your rising, you need a birth time — pull it and run the chart in the Mirror before you read further.
The eclipse sits at 4°54' Pisces, opposed by the Sun at 4°54' Virgo. Every reading below is an axis, not a single point. Something on one end empties so the other end can be tended.
Aries Rising — 12th / 6th houses
The most private eclipse of the twelve. What ends here happens where no one can see it: a belief, a private habit, an exhaustion you've been carrying quietly. Your body will tell you before your mind agrees — pay attention to sleep, immunity, and anything that flares this week. The 6th house counterweight is your daily routine, and it's asking to be simplified rather than optimized.
Focus: rest as the ritual. Cancel something.
Taurus Rising — 11th / 5th houses
A friendship, network, or collective you've outgrown reaches its natural end — often without a confrontation, just a quiet stop in the current. The 5th house side is your own creative output, your children, your pleasure. Eclipse logic here: the room got crowded and your own voice got small in it.
Focus: name one thing you make purely for yourself.
Gemini Rising — 10th / 4th houses
Career and home, pulled in opposite directions. Something in your public position dissolves, changes shape, or is quietly taken off the table — and it forces the question of what home is actually for. This is a heavy axis for an eclipse. Expect the resolution to take until mid-September.
Focus: don't announce anything. Let the shape settle first.
Cancer Rising — 9th / 3rd houses
A belief system, a teacher, a course of study, or a long-held plan about somewhere you were going to go. The 9th house eclipse tends to remove the map rather than the destination. Your 3rd house counterweight is the immediate — siblings, neighborhood, the day's messages. Something local matters more than something distant right now.
Focus: unfollow the teacher you've outgrown.
Leo Rising — 8th / 2nd houses
Shared resources, debt, inheritance, intimacy, the things you hold jointly with another person. This eclipse tends to force a reckoning with a financial or energetic entanglement you've let run on autopilot. The 2nd house side is your own income and your own worth, separate from anyone else's.
Focus: look at one number you've been avoiding.
Virgo Rising — 7th / 1st houses
The relationship eclipse. A partnership — romantic, business, or creative — reaches a genuine ending or a genuine redefinition. With the Sun on your Ascendant, the pressure is to stop shaping yourself around the other person's needs. Virgo risings tend to do this so competently that nobody notices, including them.
Focus: finish the sentence "I would be different if—" and read it back.
Libra Rising — 6th / 12th houses
Work, health, routine, service. Something in how you spend your days is not survivable at the current rate, and the eclipse will make that undeniable rather than gradual. The 12th house counterweight brings dreams, solitude, and things you've hidden even from yourself. Both ends want you to stop performing wellness.
Focus: one system audited, one boundary held.
Scorpio Rising — 5th / 11th houses
Romance, creativity, children, play. Something you've been making or someone you've been enjoying reaches a turning point. Not necessarily a loss — sometimes the eclipse ends the secrecy around a 5th house matter rather than the matter itself. The 11th house side asks who your people actually are now.
Focus: show someone the unfinished thing.
Sagittarius Rising — 4th / 10th houses
Home, family, lineage, roots — and the career axis pulling against it. Something about where you live, who you live with, or what your family has been asking of you comes to a head. This eclipse is often literal for Sag risings: moves, family decisions, a parent's situation shifting.
Focus: the house is not the home. Decide which one you're defending.
Capricorn Rising — 3rd / 9th houses
Communication, siblings, local life, the daily flow of information. A conversation you've been rehearsing finally happens, or a channel of communication closes for good. The 9th house side is the bigger picture you've lost sight of while managing details.
Focus: send it, or delete it. Not a third week of drafting.
Aquarius Rising — 2nd / 8th houses
Money, values, self-worth — and the 8th house counterweight of what you share, owe, and depend on. Eclipses in the 2nd tend to end an income stream, a spending pattern, or an attachment to an object that was standing in for security.
Focus: separate what you own from what owns you.
Pisces Rising — 1st / 7th houses
The eclipse lands on your body and identity. This is the biggest one on the list — an ending in how you present, who you understand yourself to be, or what you've been carrying for others. Whatever version of you was built for a situation that no longer exists gets retired here.
Focus: the mirror, literally. Look, and don't fix anything.
The Human Design Layer
This is where it gets specific, and where it separates from the standard eclipse post.
Transiting Sun: Gate 59 (Dispersion) — 0°07'–5°45' Virgo. The Sacral gate of intimacy and barrier-dissolving. The energy that decides who gets in.
Transiting Earth and Moon: Gate 55 (Abundance) — 0°07'–5°45' Pisces. The Solar Plexus gate of spirit, mood, and emotional freedom.
Together, 59 and 55 form the Channel of Mating — Sacral to Solar Plexus, the circuitry of bonding and intimacy. Both activations are in the sixth line, the Role Model line: the observation seat, the view from the roof.
So the eclipse is lighting the exact channel that governs how you let people in, and it's doing it from the vantage point of distance.
Gate 55 is also the mutation gate. It's the one carrying the shift toward 2027 — the movement of the Solar Plexus from emotional wave toward spirit. Gate 55's whole teaching is that abundance is a frequency, not an inventory. Which is a considerably better read on this moon than "share this post and money arrives."
How to work it
Check your own chart for 55 and 59. If either is defined in your natal design, this eclipse hits your fixed circuitry — expect the theme to be loud and personal. If both are undefined, you're taking it in from the field, which usually means the intensity isn't yours and you should stop treating it as though it is.
Check your Solar Plexus. Undefined or open Solar Plexus, and Gate 55 activated by the Moon and Earth at once: you will feel the whole room's emotion this week and mistake it for your own. The correction is old and boring — wait, don't decide, let the wave finish.
By Type
- Generators / Manifesting Generators — Gate 59 is Sacral. Your gut response will be unusually clear and unusually fast this week. Trust the sound before the sentence. Don't manufacture something to respond to.
- Projectors — the sixth-line theme is yours natively. Watch, don't manage. Eclipse weeks are where Projectors burn out trying to be useful. Rest is the strategy, not a failure of it.
- Manifestors — if something in you wants to end a thing outright, inform first, act after the 1st. Eclipse-initiated exits often need re-doing.
- Reflectors — this is your event. An eclipsed Full Moon is the single most amplified point in your 28-day cycle. Do nothing consequential. Sample the environment, take notes, and revisit in a month.
By Authority
Emotional authority: no decisions during the eclipse window. Full stop. Gate 55 activated by both the Moon and the Earth means your wave will be higher and lower than usual and neither end is truth.
Sacral: unusually reliable this week, given the 59 activation. Use it.
Splenic: quiet and quick, and easy to lose in the Pisces murk. Get somewhere silent before you ask.
Self-projected / Mental / Lunar: talk it out or wait it out. Don't decide alone in the dark at 1 AM.
Ritual pairing
Match the ritual from the companion piece to your Type. Generators and MGs do the water working with something to respond to — a question asked aloud, an object to hold. Projectors do it seated, observing, no task. Manifestors do it after informing one person what they're releasing. Reflectors do it outdoors if at all possible, and again in 28 days.
